This site (“this Site”) is operated by Pulaoo. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using this Website and the services offered by Pulaoo its affiliated companies or the third-party operators through this Site. When you access our site or other services, you are automatically complied with our terms and conditions.

This terms & conditions will comply with any person who access the site, registered user of the site and users who has interest on purchasing our products and services.

 If you use any of our other servicesthen your usage is based on the submission to and acceptance of the terms and conditions related to such services.

CHANGES OF TERMS

We are constantly updating and improving the Service to try and find ways to provide you with new and innovative features and services. Improvements and updates are also made to reflect changing technologies, tastes, behaviors and the way people use the Internet and our Service.

We may revise the Terms but the most current version will always be at this link. We will contact you directly and automatically to brief you about significant changes to any of the documents referred to in these Terms of Service. We will update you via your personal contact details (E-mail, Phone Number). Older versions of the Terms of Service will no longer apply to our agreements and will be completely replaced by the current version.

TERMS OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT

  • You’ll need to create an account with us to use some of our Services.
  • You must be 18 or older to use our Service. Otherwise you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Please provide accurate information about yourself. Please avoid using any fake personal information or impersonate another person or company through your account.
  • You are responsible for your account. You’re solely responsible for any activity on your account. If you’re sharing an account with other people, then the person’s name on the account will be ultimately be responsible for all activity.

USAGE OF INFORMATION

  • We will gather and process your personal information for registration purposes, such as your name, e-mail address and mobile phone number when you register. You must give us correct, full, and up-to-date information and agree to give us any proof of identity that we may properly request.
  • Only you can use your own account and, until Pulaoo permits, you reflect and warrant that you will not allow any other person to use your name or account for any reason.
  • You cannot delegate your account to another entity or pass it to another.
  • You must keep your account password safe and private, and any information we provide to you. In the case of any leakage of your credentials, in any manner resulting in unauthorized use of your account or identity, the order(s) obtained from such unauthorized access will still be treated as legitimate orders and we will handle such orders. You hereby declare that Pulaoo is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of your account.
  • If you no longer have access of your account, you will contact us immediately (e.g. your account is hacked in any manner or your phone is stolen) so that we can disable your account indefinitely and/or inactivate it properly. Please note that you are responsible for the use of your account and may be liable for your use, even if others abuse your account.
  • Pulaoo has the full right to temporarily block, uninstall or inactivate the User’s account at our sole discretion and for any reason without giving reasons for the user’s account being blocked, removed or inactivated. The explanations why the User’s account is disabled, removed or inactivated can include but are not limited to:
    1. Breach of these Terms,
    2. Prohibitions in regulations
    3. Fraud or theft (or indication or suspicion of fraud or theft),
    4. Suspicion of criminal activity,
    5. Suspicious ordering,
    6. User providing inaccurate, erroneous or misleading information,
    7. Inappropriate behavior, threats, or insults,
    8. Refusal to provide information,
    9. Practical impediments,
    10. Communication difficulties or breakdowns, or
    11. User is listed on any “black lists” or “watch lists” by governments or international organizations.

SCOPE OF OUR SERVICE

Pulaoo offers an online platform through the Web and Mobile Apps where you can search various types of Destinations (Within Indonesia), Transport, Excursion tours, Roundtrips and Hotels. You will be able to book all of the facilities by placing an order through the App or website (Coming soon). We will send a confirmation of your booking via email. For the reasons set out below we reserve the right to refuse the booking.

  • Changes in market conditions or circumstances that occur can lead to changes in the information provided to be inaccurate or not applicable. In case of any problems, contact us directly and we will assist you.

  • Every payment related to the booking or reservation of the Services shall be made directly to the bank account of PT. Pergi Berlibur Indonesia (Pulaoo’s legitimate licensee) or any other Pulaoo payment channels. Pulaoo shall not be responsible for the validity of the reservation, if the payment is not being made directly to PT. Pergi Berlibur Indonesia bank account or other payment channels.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 30% fee. Cancellation made within 36 hours prior to departure will incur a 50 % fee. Cancellation made within 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% full cancellation fee.
  • Hotels cancellation policy will be subject to each hotel property policies.
  • This general cancellation policy will not be applicable for special offers and other promotions.
  • For selected product and services special cancellation policy applies

REFUND POLICY

  • We cannot guarantee the specific timeframe of the refund since each banks have their own operational procedures.
  • In the event of foreseeing calamities such as natural disaster or fatal accidents. All forms of purchase of our products and services will be fully reimbursed and refunded with a legitimate reason and state of facts (Documents with legal references must be shown as a supporting data).
  • Cancellations on excursions, tour activities and transport provided by Pulaoo which are made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. However, any products from third party provider will be subject to each third party provider policy
  • Hotel refund policy will be subject to each hotel property policy
  • This general refund policy will not be applicable for special offers and other promotions

SPECIAL GUEST INQUIRIES

If you have special requests regarding your travel plans at Pulaoo, you must write it down on the website and mobile application special request box when making a reservation. We will fulfill requests that we consider reasonable to relevant service providers. However, we cannot guarantee that the service provider or third party operators will be able fulfill the requests, because some special guest inquiries might not match with the service scope and service facilities given by the third party operators itself. Pulaoo is not responsible for the failure to fulfill this special request / Inquiries, and cancellations caused by not meeting these special requests are not permitted. Pulaoo does not accept conditioned booking requests or depends on fulfilling special requests. We will consider each order as an “ordinary” booking.

We are committed to all users that the travel experiences we offer will be a memorable one. We fully 100% guarantee that what we offer and advertise to you will be a reality. We would like create “wow” factor by providing the best customer experience supported by the warmth and hospitable service standards of Pulaoo. However, if there is any product or services which might not meet the users expectations  will be thoroughly investigated to find any form supporting reason which resulted on the dissatisfaction users. If the issue was stated based on any informational facts that are liable and accurate,users have the right to claim for refund. This is our way to compensate any dissatisfactory users and to ratify our commitment to fulfill, enhance and ensure great customer experience

PAYMENT

We will charge 100% of any activities to the User upon booking. The total amount of purchase will be displayed upon check – out in local currency by IDR at the conversion rate applicable on the date of your booking.

Methods of payment:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • JCB
  • Bank Transfers

No additional service fee will be charged during payment purchase process.

PAYMENT DETAILS AND PROCEDURES

  • You are obliged to process any payments within the specified time period for all kinds of reservations. If the payment is not received, Pulaoo retains the right to cancel all bookings.
  • You will follow the procedures specified by Pulaoo and/or the applicable payment service provider for other payment methods such as credit card.
  • All forms of transaction or payments will be under the bank account of PT. Pergi Berlibur Indonesia ( Pulaoo’s Legitimate Licensee )
  • After you make full payment, Pulaoo will place the order and issue a reservation code, which will be accompanied by:
    • Booking Code
    • Customer Name
    • Booking Number
    • Booking Detail
    • Phone Number / Extension (If necessary).

THIRD PARTY AFFILIATIONS

Pulaoo affiliates itself with third party service operators or (“Third Party Websites”) that are not owned or controlled by Pulaoo, or the Services may be accessible by logging in through a Third Party Website. Links to Third Party Websites do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Pulaoo of such Third Party Websites or the information, products, advertising or other materials available on those Third Party Websites.

Pulaoo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any Third Party operators.

Pulaoo shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind suffered as a result of any such contract. If there is a disagreement on this forum between members or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Pulaoo is not obligated to participate. In the case of a dispute with one or more other consumers or third parties, you hereby assign to Pulaoo, its holding companies, shareholders, owners, administrators, staff, agents and heirs the protection of lawsuits, claims and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind or existence, whether identified or unknown, suspicious or mistaken, reported or concealed, arising out of or in any manner related to such disputes.
